My name is Alie, I am a 200 RYT qualified yoga teacher with a passion for sport and exercise, living in Boston, USA.
My desire is to help you become mentally and physically balanced. Building inner strength to deal with anything that life throws away. I combine my classes with the flow of the movement by adding strength, stretching, meaningful mantras, and meditations. For your convenience, I create an Online Yoga space where you can reach out to your practice at any time and wherever you are. Just place your mat and stay connected. Also, you can join in-person classes in Boston.

This class is perfectly suited for those who have a busy life and limited time and for those who just want to practice comfortably at home, having the individual unique practice. You can easily jump on your mat any time as we choose it personally and start practicing through the ZOOM. I always create that Yoga energy feeling even through the screen.
This session is designed for those who want to feel the unity and practice Yoga in a group. You will renew your energy during the practice and feel light and released after all. The group is a maximum of 6 people and you will feel comfortable. The classes are suited for both beginners and intermediate levels. Please, bring your mat along with you.
